The Admission Process
Addictions Recovery Center is proud to introduce a new Walk-In Clinicoffering same day assessment services from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM Monday thru Friday (or by appointment). A client can now be engaged in treatment within 24 hours if they choose.
Admission to Treatment
Prior to admission, a counselor will interview you and your treatment needs will be assessed. (If you are from out of the area and seeking residential treatment services a brief intake can occur over the phone.) Your assessment will be reviewed and you will be advised as soon as possible (usually the same day) when admission may be scheduled. Referrals may be made and may include instruction to obtain a physical examination, laboratory testing (including TB testing), or other evaluations before admission
Any individual being considered for re-admission to any level of care, may be required to pay the balance of any delinquent payments owed from previous Addictions Recovery Center treatment in addition to down payments or other costs.
Subject to State of Oregon requirements, each applicant for services will be reviewed on an individual basis.
We Encourage You to Ask Questions
At admission you will be expected to review your financial status and secure a Customer Fee Agreement – Promissory Note for payment of your treatment and proof of insurance and/or Oregon Health Plan coverage must be provided and verified before treatment begins.
Receipt of Notice of Privacy Practices
You will receive a copy of Addictions Recovery Center notice of Privacy Practices. This will explain in detail how Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. may use or disclose health information to carry out treatment, payment or health care operations. Health information means any and all information relating to health care services provided at any department or unit of Addictions Recovery Center, Inc.
